CAUTION: THEY WILL OVERCHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED...Horrible customer service, RUDE, and downright disrepect for customers. Brought a 10 piece in and asked for AND PAID FOR 2 day service. Came back in 2 days, and the lady at the front said they would not have it until tomorrow. Sucks because I had an interview the next morning and that was what I was wearing to my interview. The whole time I'm trying to explain this to her, the lady is on the phone having a personal conversation and was acting like I was interrupting her!! I'm a paying customer and this is supposed to be a place of business. She promised me it would be there by the morning. Morning came and same thing.. It wasn't ready, they said it was some mishap at the factory. By this time I was upset and just wanted to know if I can be refunded at least the money I was charged for the 2 day service seeing how I never got the 2 day service. The lady at the front promised me a refund on that amount. I came back in the next day .. DAY #4.. and my clothes were there. She gave me the invoice and no refund. I asked about a refund and she said "No, the manager could not do it." I paid for services that basically were not delivered. These people are a scam and do not treat the people of Lithonia with any respect at all. I advise all the hard working folks in Lithonia to not do business with them, but elsewhere, pay the extra 50 cents to go across the street.
