China Lily

What Can i do for a roach being in my food of this China Lily restaurant in Lindon? Ok, i was very hungry when i went, and i orderd White Tuna& Shrimp Fried Rice. Now i sit dwn to enjoy my portion of it. And then there it is a big fat sauteed roach in the plate. Oh my lord I stared down and the roach was still squiggling. I wanted to barf. i have the pic Can i sue this nasty place? I plan to contact local news also. i'll never ever back.
