Great to deal with. Opened on emergency job more than once and built EXACTLY what I needed.

Purchased a Thermal Zone 2.5 Ton AC from this company. It was damaged out the box called company to get compensated me for my wasted time and they just blew it off like Oh WELL, it just happens. I would never EVER do business with a company that did not make the customer happy. They tried to tell me that it was just cosmetic and that a quarter of one grill of fins that protect the coils. There could be possible coil damage and this is not standard to try and push a faulty product to a customer.



I cannot endorse this company because they did not make any attempt to rectify my lost time and inconveniance for not having AC in 85 degree weather with humidity.



I would not recommend doing business with UNITED. They were simply just to casual about paying good hard earned money for a damaged unit out the box.

I have to mention this was no fault of the AC installer. But the damaged product caused me to dilly dally around and wonder when my AC will be running again.



If you want good customer service I would go elsewhere...!!
