Direct Car Care

This is the first time i have actually felt comfortable taking my car to the shop. The owner actually showed me the problem and explained it to me so i understood . Alot of other mechanics dont do that. He was honest and has great customer service. Also decent prices.

They were highly recommended. They did a very good job and my car is back on the road it didnt even take a full day.

I was really pleased with service, I received prompt attention, a very adequate price quote with a detailed explanation of work that needed to be done. My car was fixed right without a long wait or hassle.

First class mechanics. I go there for any work to be performed on y vehicle and will continue to go there. I recommend them to famil and friends. Cant beat them for the work the perform and the prices.

Todd and the gang are awesome, very nice and honest business.
I was referred to them by a close friend who have been taking there car there for service. I bought a older 2002 Grand Prix and took it there to have it checked out before driving it on the road. Got a estimate for things they found wrong with the car.
I shopped around a few places close by my home but no service station came close to being as friendly or could beat the price.

I had a appointment to take my car in on a Tuesday morning for service but then plans came to a end when I had to go to hospital for a emergency appendix surgery that morning. Todd told one of my co-workers who referred me they would go pick up my car and fix it while I was at hospital. That was so nice of them to do that for me and after they got it done they drove it back to my house. It was a pleasant surprise to wake up to my car parked in my driveway good as new.
It drives like a dream and now I'm enjoying my new/old car.

I would like to thank TOdd Don.Great mechanics and honest guys. brought my car to these Great guys from another repair shop who wanted me to spend 600 something dollars for rack and pinion totally forgot about Direct Auto Care so I brought my car to them and explain to them this one shop wanted to charge me $660 for a rack and pinion job. so I left my car with them Todd calls me and tells me I didn't need a rack and pinion that it was just some loose bolts that was making a clicking sound he gladly Secured it right up for me all I just needed brakes all around and rotors. they save me $600 on some Shady characters..Oh and did I mention I won $500 worth of car repair last year in a raffle.

Great guys here at Direct Car Care. Todd and Don are both great. Easy to talk with and honest. I originally came here when my truck was losing oil pressure. They found the problem was caused by carelessness from where I had my last oil change performed. I now have Direct Car Care do all my maintenance work on both of our vehicles. Thanks for the great service.

Timothy Glover brought my expedition in sounding like a truck and it left sounding like it did when i bought it new they do great work and are very easy to talk to. I will be taking my truck there from now on thanks guys

First and foremost, Todd is awesome! I am a female with a high performance vehicle. Yes, a mechanic's dream. For 13 years I've owned this car and for 13 years I've had to pay dearly for it. All I've ever been to a mechanic is dollar signs. To be honest, I think I've bought this car 3 times over with the prices I've been charged over the years. I just gave up on the idea of an up front, fair and honest mechanic. But Todd? Omg, I obviously gave up too soon. I've waited 13 years for this man and I've finally found him! Just a mechanical genius! This is a man who truly has the passion for his business. He actually walked me over to my vehicle, showed me the problem and explained it in such detail that I, a woman understood! Lol. Now THAT I found to be most impressive being that I am by no means mechanically inclined. I left with more knowledge and information about my vehicle than I've ever known or thought I'd ever retain for that matter. It's almost like his interest made me more interested. And what's more, his prices are considerably reasonable! Yes, coming from me, that is huge! I have never been able to say that in 13 years. But it's not just Todd's honesty, openness, passion for the job and quality of work that separates him from the rest. It's the fact that he truly cares about his customer's satisfaction. For example, I bought a set of wheels that unbeknownst to me didn't fit my vehicle. I was so outdone, couldn't get my money back and at a complete loss. I asked Todd if there was anything he could do to make them fit. He was honest, didn't recommend widening the wholes for various reasons but I totally trusted his work, felt he could do anything and had no other option. Realizing my desperation he agreed to do everything he could and to my surprise, he did it! He didn't have to do it but he did! Point being. he goes above and beyond for his customers. And only charged me 1/3 of what I was expecting. And yes! It rides like a dream! How many mechanics do you know that cater to their customers moreso than the dollar? Exactly! Well it's about time you meet Todd. And Don is his right hand man. These guys are the cream of the crop! Focused, patient and efficient. And they show customer appreciation with raffles giveaways twice a year, winning anything from a gas card, money.. and this year he's giving away a car! Bottom line, if you're sick of the run around, it'd be well worth the trip. All it takes is once to get addicted. Believe me, I know! Direct care auto.. I can't even think of a better name to describe these guys approach to business. Doesn't get any better than this. I took the time to write this review so you all can understand why. These guys deserve much more than a recommendation. I had to give them praise.

Todd is an awesome mechanic! He took the time to fix the issue with my headlights. Discovered a fuse was missing. Price was very reasonable.

Todd is a great mechanic. He fixed my old 05 Taurus when other places couldn't, and at a fair price. Judgment: two thumbs way up!
