        Outraged!

        I recently made a food purchase and paid at the bar using my debit card. Lewisburg Hotel debited my account twice. Once for $50 more than the purchase and once for the actual purchase. I didn't know about it until I looked at my bank account the next day and saw two charges coming out of my account. After speaking to the secretary and manager, I realized they do not concern themselves with this because the transaction was voided out and their books balanced for the night. So what the customer wasn't told at the time of the error!!! Although they voided out the transaction, what they need to realize is that holds are placed on their customers accounts sometimes for up to two weeks and then released back into the account. I am outraged because I authorized one transaction, not two!
