I would give them zero stars. The entire experience took longer than it should. They failed to communicate to us that we would have to pay for a dumpster for their work. Instead of advising us of this, they through their garbage including blue carpet, old chairs, mcdonalds bags, all over our yard. They also tried to pass pine trim for oak trim, which was the confirmed agreement. After 3 months of being in the home our carpet was rippling all over. They sent someone out to stretch the carpet, he was an elderly man and had difficulty doing the task, my husband had to assist him with this. Then 3 months later the carpet rippled again. A few years later our roof began to pit, we had it inspected and it was confirmed the roofing used had a manufacturers defect. Unfortunately since the home was 6 years old they refused to back us up on the roof. VERY POOR service, POOR quality, and a lot of hidden costs they failed to explain. I would NOT recommend this modular builder!!
