Pawsh

I dropped off my two dogs to stay together at Pawsh boarding kennels. They stayed for 4 days and 5 nights. I left them with 3 bones for them to chew on while in there. Paying extra for pictures to be sent to me sounded absurd but I paid anyway, anything for my girls!While I was gone I had to call each day and remind them to send me pictures. For all 5 days I only received one set of pictures despite calling multiple times.I came back a couple hours earlier than Pawsh had expected me, when I got there LaRhonda at the front desk said she would go get my girls but I insisted on going with her and seeing the girls. When i went back I let the girls out of the room they were in and noticed that their hair was everywhere in the room, as if she had been shedding or scratching for a long time and no one took the time to sweep up the hair. I picked up the barley touched bones and saw a ton of ants coming off of the bones. After investigating further, their food bowl was infested. The girls were covered in bites and bumps. LaRhonda in the front office was very sympathetic and tried to help but explained that any real assistance will have to come from the manager or owner. I called the manager and asked for a refund so I could take the girls to the vet and a groomer to help. I was offered for them to bathe but I would never allow them to step foot back in that awful facility. She refuses a refund nor have i been able to reach her for any other form of retribution while my girls are currently racking up vet bills for treatment. My girls came home and ate and drank so quickly they were chocking. They had to of been barley feed if at all.
