We've been using pet pals for 3 years now and Cowboy loves it. He doesn't want to come home! Great prices too.

We just completed our first full week at Pet Pals Place and I'm very happy. I have two dogs: an arthritic pit bull mix and an energetic German shepherd and both come out happy and are relaxed the rest of the evening. The staff have told me they keep my older dog with other dogs who won't play too rough with her so her arthritis isn't irritated. There also haven't been any issues with my GSD who has at times been aggressive with other dogs when he's too hyped up or overly stressed which means they do a good job of ensuring dogs are interacting in a healthy way. Because my shepherd is relaxed the rest of the evening I know he's been active during the day. Again, very happy with Pet Pals Place

Please be considerate and inform the business of your complaint before assuming.
At Pet Pals Place we would never cover up a dog fight. Since it is a 'social boarding,' owners realize that dogs are not always predictable.
We have always informed owners when their dog had a bite, sometimes we may not notice a small puncture wound, which vets do usually operate on because of how deep they sometimes go. We do give baths when the customer requests it or if we know of a wound we spot clean the area and put antiseptic on it and inform the owner. There was no or little bleeding on this dog, vets can be wrong, they can only guess what the circumstances were.
If this customer had come in and talked to us about it we probably would have paid the vet bill, but they have recklessly assummed that we do not care, nor take care of, the dogs.
Animal Control came and throughly checked out our facility and found no problems. Not only that but we never withhold water or food, that is just inhuman. We love our animals and care for all that come as if they are our own

THEY COVERED UP A DOG ATTACK. The vet verified that the injuries occurred during the time of stay and that she was given neither food or water. Also, was stated that with the nature of the injuries (which required surgery by the way) that she would have bled profusely and had to have been bathed by them to cover up the incident.
