        I just had my items installed,...

        I just had my items installed, the door is one of a kind and matches my gate. I actually had people come up to my house to ask me about the gate... I am so happy with it all. As far as the other person commenting, the owner did a few extra items for me and didn't charge. He said that he thought it would bring it all together and wanted to do it. I don't understand how someone can actually complain about free items. Most people say "thank you".



        I have already recommended them to friends and "strangers" too! I'm going to have them come back to redo my stairs in a few months.

        Would not recommend this compa...

        Would not recommend this company. Work was okay but had very, very poor customer relations. Would not return phone calls, missed scheduled appointments, and did not finish everything that was promised. Poor communication. My mistake for paying 100% before all work promised was completed. Bad experience.

        Dear Tammy, We did a favor for a mutual friend. I'll call him "C". You paid us for 3 items. Balcony Railing and Stair Railing off Main Balcony. Railing on Bedroom Balcony. Balcony Railing and Stair Railing off End of Driveway. That work was complete. We charged you cost because it was for a mutual friend. What you are referring to is all the free stuff you wanted. We did the following at no charge: Purchase custom paint to match existing powder coating (not once, but three times) Painted the following: Access Gate by Driveway 4' Wide Double RV Gates 6 1/2' x 12' Wide Access Gates 48" Wide on North Side of Property 2' Wide Fencing Between Trash Can Enclosure and Permimeter Wall Removed Existing Balcony Rail and Reinstalled and Painted around A/C Unit The only "Free" item we did not complete was the faux painting. "C" has the paint and weeks ago he was supposed to finish it because we can't continue to disrupt the business to continue doing free items for you. This has already cost us well over $1,500.00. If you would like to pay for the services, we will be more than happy to finish the faux painting. Please give us a call at the office.
