Quick Laptop Repair

Technician is very knowledgeable, he found the problem while i waited, gave me very cheap price and fixed my laptop same day.
I called other places. They were promising me minimum 3 to 5 days but these people are quick. They fix fast. I will recommend my friends to go there. Now i will take my phone to fix next week. Good job.

This the best company I have ever used for my laptop repair. They checked my laptop while I waited. Gave me estimate, I agreed and they fixed in one day. They not only fix my laptop, they also upgraded performance my computer. They only charged my for repair. They did free upgrades. That was nice and impressive.

I will recommend this company to all my friends. Too good.

The owner of this shop (Abi) is a scam artist, and he's damn good at it. I took my (QuadCore) PC to get repaired, he said he'd need to replace my motherboard and processor and also transfer the data from the hard drive into the new windows he'd have to install. This cost me about $450, about 20%-30% of that went towards new parts, the rest for labor. 2 things went wrong here, he lost everything I needed from my hard drive during the transfer (extremely valuable files to me), this step cost me $150, and he would not refund any of it because he already "put the work in". Next, I find out that my processor was cut in half, I now have 4GB of RAM when I originally had 8GB. So he was carrying my other 4GB at his shop this whole time! So this morning I show up with my PC and let him know. He kept saying "I told you there were only going to be 2 slots on this motherboard", he never said this, but it's my word against his so what can I do??



Why he thought I'd be fine with paying him to replace my motherboard with one that can only carry half my RAM is beyond me! I ask him for the other 4GB's that he kept from me, he claims that he gave it to me, but never did, I know this for a fact. So he checked the back area to see if he still had it, doesn't have it anymore, but gives me someone else's memory and asks me to sign this contract and not come back anymore, at this point I'm infuriated, so I say "ok whatever, can you plug these for a second and power on the PC so I know that they work?".. his response, "No! I'm done with you, if you want me to check this you I'll have to charge you $60 for labor" so I say "it'll take 1 second, if they work fine why cant you just test it for me??" .. his response (you ready for this?) "you know what, I'm not giving you these (4gb) get out of my store" .. at this point I agreed to sign the contract and grab the ghetto rigged memory chips he gave me.



The amount of stress I've endured from this human can not be expressed in words. All of this happened over the course of 1 month, and I left out alot.



Please, please do not come here, save yourself.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE.



I brought in my ipad 2 for a cracked screen and they charged me $169 (more than anywhere else I called) but I used them only because of a convenient location. BOY WAS I STUPID. they told me I would have it back in 1 day, they took 4 days. After I got my ipad back and watched my first movie on it on a flight a few days later, I noticed white light coming from the top left of the screen (only visible when there is something black on the movie/or a picture in this section of the screen in low light).



I brought it back to the store and he told me to come back on monday when his tech was there. When I came back, they tried to tell me it "might have already been there", even though, NO MENTION OF THIS WAS MADE WHEN I PICKED UP THE SCREEN AND YOU CANT SEE THE DAMAGE UNLESS YOU ARE IN A LOW LIT AREA. They wanted ANOTHER $80 to fix the problem THAT DIDNT EXIST UNTIL THEY WORKED ON IT. They claimed they have "no idea how that could have happened"; that they didnt do it.



So I went to Apple and 2 other repair places and they all immediately knew what the issue was. THE TECH BURNED MY SCREEN WHEN THEY WERE ATTACHING THE TOP GLASS PIECE BACK ON.



So I went back to the store, with the new information I had and gave them a chance to make this right. INSTEAD THEY THREW ME OUT OF THE STORE, refused to fix it or refund my money.



DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICES.



So I went back to the store, with the new information I had and gave them a chance to make this right. INSTEAD THEY THREW ME OUT OF THE STORE, refused to fix it or refund my money.
