        most staff are unfriendly. waited to long in waiting room and I'm talking 1 1/2 hrs just in waiting room then another 30 min or longer in Dr office. forgot to ask him some other questions regarding my next surgery he wanted to do on my knee and asked to speak with Nevins, but was informed he was out of town for 2 weeks and asked his assistant to have him call me when he got back into town which was 2nd or 3rd of Oct, but still have not heard back from him and its end of Oct. Dr Nevins never even came into my hospital room after surgery. Have always had Dr come into check on me or ask questions regarding how surgery went. the hospital I had surgery at (Spring Valley) told my husband they would come and get him in waiting room when my leg surgery was over, after waiting 6Hrs he went up to desk to find out what was taking so long and they told him I was already in a room. needless to say no one came out to tell him I was already in a room.
