Kings Rooter Plumbing

AVOID the plumber Brandon w/King's Rooter Plumbing at at costs. He is not honest, he's a liar and has no backup to what he tells you. Not sure who the owner is, but if he reads this, Brandon is out for the commission and commission only.

My problem was ordinary (a clogged garbage disposal) but King's service was extraordinary. The repairman arrived early in the time period given and was friendly and courteous. He covered his shoes before entering my house. When I told him I thought the price quoted was a little too high, he reminded me of the online coupon and also reduced the price 10 percent from the price that a neighbor recently paid to another plumbing company for the same repair. I really appreciated that he was willing to be competitive. I will definitely call King's again for any plumbing problem.

Our water heater after only 5 yrs was on the verge of going bad due to the type of water Las Vegas has to deal with. Our yearly inspection tech from another company discovered this and gave us his quote for a tankless system which we had researched and decided on to avoid having to replace a cylinder water tank every 5-7 yrs. It sounded pricey to us. Found Kings Plumbing on the internet just by browsing and called for a 2nd estimate. They were at our house within 90 minutes that same day; their price was much lower. They scheduled the work for the very next morning and impressively showed up on time. The tech, Casey, was extremely helpful, professional and an expert in his field. He answered all our questions. They returned the next morning, as scheduled, to finish up the job. We've decided to add an optional pump now and Kings ordered it immediately and is scheduled to return in just a few days to install it. From the very beginning we enjoyed friendly customer service on the phone to their actual visit. Please keep Kings in mind for your future water issues -- they should be everyone's plumbing company! Highly recommended.

Had a problem with my toilet and the guy that came over from kings rooter was very knowledgeable about toilets and our drains. we decided to pick up a new toilet and he even went with us to home depot to pick one out and gave us very helpfull suggestions in selecting our toilet. we just love it!!!

Very professional company. Have had many other plumbers out to my houses around the vegas valley. From Roto-rooter, Larkin, and couple others and none were even close to the service I received from King's Rooter. They were timely, and understood my problem. Would defenantly use them in the future and would recommend to anyone needing a plumber. The service tech's name was Brandon he was the best. Thank You King's Rooter.
