An annual physical is your opportunity to consult with your doctor about the questions you may have regarding your physical or mental health. During your physical exam your doctor will ask about your personal health history, family history of health conditions and your lifestyle. Face Lift

There may be some swelling or bruising after the procedure which usually goes away in a week. Precautions include no smoking, alcohol or asprin based products for a week before treatment. After the treatment ice the treated area and restrict facial movements for one day. You can take pain killers as required. Avoid applying makeup or facial cream for at least 2 days.It is advised that you sleep on your back to prevent any swelling. Don’t pull your facial skin, massage, scrub or exfoliate the skin or get dental treatments for at least two weeks. Avoid Asprins, chewing gum or any strenuous activity or heavy lifting for a few days.
Body Contouring

Lesions
Photofacial A photofacial— or laser skin rejuvenation, is state of the art skin treatment that stimulates the production of collagen to improve effects of sun damage, benign pigmented and vascular lesions, telangiectasia, rosacea, pokederma, and photo age pigmentation. You’ll see some improvement about a week out of each treatment. The maximum results will be visible 3-5 months out if you do a series of treatments 4 weeks apart each. It is not unusual to have your results vary with each treatment. Immediately following your photofacial, your skin will appear as though you have a sunburn. You may also experience some mild swelling, but most patients are able to return to work or resume their normal activities right away. IPL is known to improve fine lines, wrinkles, minimize hyperpigmentation, acne, large pores, and broken capillaries to improve overall patient appearance. Generally we recommend a series of 3-6 treatments depending on the amount of damage of the skin. After the initial series, maintenance sessions are often needed.
Chemical Peels
Chemical Peels Chemical peels are an accelerated form of exfoliation. Peels are known to improve a variety of skin conditions like dehydrated skin, acne, congested skin, hyperpigmentation, aged skin, tone irregularities, inflammation, and more. Results are subtle but increase with repeated treatments. Treated skin is noticeably smoother because of the exfoliation mechanisms. Chemical Peels are generally recommended 2-4 weeks apart depending of the strength of the peel. You will notice an improvement in your skin with one peel, but optimal results are obtained with multiple treatments over time. Just as it takes time for skin damage to accumulate, it also takes time to reverse it.
Skin Care
Dermaplaning Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair (“peach fuzz”) from the face. It provides an effective and safe exfoliation treatment that promotes deeper product penetration, boosts the effects of skin care ingredients, clear and brilliant complexion, and gives an amazing makeup application. Dermaplaning is recommended every three to four weeks and is not suitable for acneic skin types.
