        Do NOT go to this store. They rip you off. As out of state at the time 4 tires were coming apart with a full warranty on them. Charged us full price for one and pro rated two and never changed the fourth. did not balance or rotate the tires. If I ran our business this way I would be out of business. POOR customer service and rude. Do not go here!!!!

        This store rips the customer off. We have a 85,000 mile warranty on our tires, in which only have 15,000 miles on them. We were out of state and was told to go here. They did not check all four tires only the back ones and charged us full price on one tire and pro rated the other . Did not check the front one's as we drove off had to turn around and go back as the front tire was also coming apart. They told us it was not their job to check all the tires. then they only replaced one on front. Come on now,, if all four tires were brought at the same time with full warranty wouldn't you change all four? Thought that tire's were your business. They never rotated or balanced them also. Will never do business with discount tire again!!! Very disappointed with your service and the people that work there.

        Rip off Report!

        Do yourself a favor and go to the Discount Tire on Flamingo. The Mgr Rob & assoc Jason wanted to charge me $70 for just a tire; and initially tried to bend me over for over $100, where as the same chain mind you - the shop on Flamingo charged just $31 for the same tire!! The Blue Diamond store is a rip off and I beg anyone to differ; as I stand by my word. Do not pay twice at this shop!! Pls go to the W Flamingo location. Thank you, Heather)
