i dont recommend this place to anyone. i rode my bike in for minor repairs and customizations. 3 months later my bike is now worse and had to be towed out.. i had to take my bike to another shop to pay once again to have the same problems and then some more fixed . now i have uncessary holes in my plastice because they arent well off enough to check the relay..my custom paint is all chipped up from pushing on the lifts and im out another large sum of money to fix not only everything they were supposed to but more.....

dont take your bike here

One of the best shops in town. David knows his stuff and will treat you like family and not hurt your pocket book as well.

I brought my bike to them afte...

I brought my bike to them after another shop both failed to get my bike running right and over-charged me for the privilege. The issue turned into a black hole of time, making the repair a losing proposition for them. Frankly, I felt under-charged to the point I even offered to pay more (and I'm a fairly cheap individual). They wouldn't accept more and stuck to their quote. I see one reviewer had an attitude issue with the mechanic but you have to be careful when you question the integrity of people when they go out of their way to be straight up; they may over react (threatening physical harm, however, is wrong). But, if they tell you your bike is a POS, it means "Sir, your motorcycle's current value, if it were functioning properly, is less than what I will have to charge you to bring it to that condition". Now, that's better than "your bike is a POS", but I'm in sales :) I'm sure there are other good shops in town, but, I'm dealing with Cycle Tech because they did go the extra mile for me and my bike runs really, really well.

I'm not going to slam this com...

I'm not going to slam this company and say that they are all idiots. I've taken my motorcycle here on numerous occasions, and was happy with the level of service I recieved, and the price I paid. Little did I know that I had just been fortunate enough to deal with the right person........until today, when I was told that my bike was a POS, and that I "had better get out of there before he (their head mechanic Andy) knocked all of my teeth out." Why did he say these things to me you ask? Because I doubted his mechanical skills when he was giving me very short, if any, answers. Not my idea of a company that is concerned with customer service ratings. If they don't feel like they need your business, they will certainly let you know.

This is where I have gone with my bike for years... (even when it used to be called Moto Cafe) I don't trust to many people with my bike but David and his crew always do a professional job. After I could not start my bike I called the shop and he had it picked up from my house! I will be a loyal customer at Cycle Tech as long as I own any motorcycle/atv.

Great Experience Every Time!

I have had work done on my 1997 Honda Valkyrie, My 2004 Honda Rune and my son's 2003 Suzuki SV-650. Every time I've received a detailed explanation of the work recommended and needed and they have always gone out of their way to make sure any of my concerns were met. My bikes always come out of their shop clean and running at peak performance. Of course they're in business to make money. They are supposed to be....But it's more than money with them. It's about customer service and long term customer relationships.

Best Ever

i recently totalled my truck and my bike wasnt running right at the time. as i drive as part of my job i was in a bad spot. i took my bike to dave and he got it running same day on a saturday. they close at 4pm but didnt finish it until 9:30 with no complaint and no extra charges! if they didnt do that i would have to rent a car which would be alot more than fixing the bike cost. i recommend these guys to everyone with a bike. honest and they care about other riders.

Awesome! Very Cheap and Very Honest!

I am a female rider that recently bought a streetbike (CBR 600 F4i) and since I am only 5'1, I needed the bike to be lowered about 2 inches. I called Carter's (the only motorcycle shop I know) and they wanted to charge me $400! I said NO WAY and got recommended by a friend about Cycle Tech.

It's a pretty small shop. they sell helmets, riding jackets, exhaust pipes etc. They have a TV which I'm guessing to entertain kids and toys as well. I'm guessing it's family owned because I've gone there on a saturday and the owner's wife helps out in the shop along with her cute 3 daughters.

I love the vibe there. Everyone is friendly, smiling and I love the little small shop tradition. And most of all, they are CHEAP and HONEST! They lowered my bike for $165 and that's including the part they suggested I should order. No funny "labor charges" Carter's wanted. Ever since then, my husband and I take our bikes there. I sometimes even call Carter's to get an estimate and then call Cycle Tech and of course Carter's are WAY too expensive and the service there sucks. Cycle Tech wins again. I totally suggest this place for anyone with ATVs, Dirtbikes, Streetbikes etc.
