Las Vegas #1 place for eyelash extensions and permanent cosmetics. I got my permanent eyelash liner tattoo and eyelash extensions here. I don't have to wear any eye makeup any longer. I wake up and go! Theresa did perfect job on my eyeliner. I came in for a free consultation and scheduled my eyeliner for a week later. She did the treatment and I felt nothing. I came back in 3 weeks later for a free retouch and because I wanted it darker. I loved it but I thought I would try lashes. So a month ago I came back to get eyelash extensions. I decided on the authentic mink extensions. So I am enjoying a life of no clumpy mascara and no eyeliner! I come back for fills about every 3 or 4 weeks for $79 on the extensions. It is worth it. I am worth it. I don't want my oily skin to always melt my liner and mascara anymore and end up with creases of makeup in my eyelids so this worked out as well. I am thinking about getting my eyebrows done with 3D hair strokes pretty soon. I love how the spa is small and personal and how they always offer little waxing and facial specials for REGULAR clients. Every place has new client deals but this place offers specials to their current clients to keep them as loyal clients. Its great!

I see Theresa and Tierney for my mink eyelash extensions. I have tried other places and no one is better then the ladies at Axiom. I only go get fills every 5 Weeks. I got Botox there with the doctor in November and I loved that too. I get my painless Brazilian waxing by Tierney now. They use perscription numbing and cool compresses and I feel NOTHING. I get my Brazilians only at this place. No cheap shops for me because I am a big baby and want to feel nothing. Tierney doesnt rush, she takes her time and makes you feel comfortable.

I have been getting mink eyelash extensions from Theresa for over 2 years. She does an amazing job. Her office is no frills so you are not paying for a fortune to cover her overhead. Her online booking system makes it so convenient. I can book from my phone right when I decide that I need a fill instead of waiting for office hours. Theresa is great about touch ups too. Add yourself to the waitlist if you have had a mishap or text the office. She will try to work out a way for you to come in and at minimum fix you up enough to get through to your next appointment. Theresa is also very knowledgeable. She is always trying new glues and products to find out what works best for me. She even gave me a clear sealer to try in between my fills. I have had extensions before but never had my eyelashes look this consistently good and with minimal damage to my real lashes.

AMAZING!!! Couldn't be happier with Teresa. She goes out of her way to make sure you're happy. I've had permanent eyebrows done, permanent eyeliner, and eyelash extensions done by her. I had pretty much zero hair on my eyebrows, and she used a 3D process that made them look completely natural and gorgeous. People are amazed that they're tatooed. The eyeliner was done 3 times to get in all the pigment I wanted ( I like it dramatic), for no extra charge. And the eyelash extensions are to die for! I cut my time of getting ready in the morning by 75%! I HIGHLY recommend her!

Theresa is absolutely the best! Extremely professional. I travel all of the country and must say Theresa has given me the best lashes yet. I will even plan my trips so she always does my lashes. They are gorgeous and so natural and long lasting

I've been going to Theresa for over 2 years now after trying out several people. I too have become very particular how they are done and I am always very satisfied. She uses a mix of minks and silks- minks for the natural fluttery look and silks for a bit of "glam". I have people ask me ALL THE TIME if my lashes are real, even pro's in the business like makeup artists and hair stylists. Also, important to note that over the summer I took my lashes off for a few weeks so I could get permanent eyeliner done and I was very concerned that my natural lashes would be sparse but that wasn't the case at all. I go in for a fill once every 3-4 weeks and as my lashes naturally shed they shed evenly- no "bald" spots which makes the time between fills work out fine. I highly recommend!

Theresa is the best! Been going to theresa for over a year for waxing and she is a true proffesional. Always has a great attitude. I recomend Axiom Spa to everyone.

I got my permanent makeup done with Theresa at this medical spa. I'm happy with my end product. It is very attractive and the perfect shape. The artist did a lovely job. I wish I would have scheduled my appointment around a holiday. I didn't count on having to wear greasy ointment for a week and looking all oily. I had to go to work as super shine brow girl. All is healed and well now. I guess this permanent makeup stuff is like a tattoo. I've never had a real tattoo so I did not know about the greasy ointment after.

Permanent makeup at its best with Theresa. My 3D eyebrow hair stroke brows are beyond beautiful. Perfect job. Reasonable prices. I got my Botox with Dr. Youmans here. 7 per unit. Amazing. This is the place in Las Vegas for the best permanent makeup.
