Lakeview Light & Power

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. They have been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. We rent from someone that's a part of their "co-op" and they're complete idiots, jerks and any other negative adjective you can think of. Our landlord didn't put the power in our name, his fault, after we'd asked him to and then failed to pay the bill and our power was shut off. We called and tried to pay it and they REFUSED payment because we weren't on the account and then made us wait over 24 hrs to have the power turned back on. Then our landlord only put.my husband on the account, but spent over a month trying to put my name on it after my husband deployed and was lied to or misinformed by them repeatedly. They're never open, employees all need to be fired because they have absolutely no clue what customer service is. Now that I'm trying to move and have the power taken out of my name by my move out date, they're refusing to do it without a 12 step process that'll take several days past my move out date because they aren't open on Fridays. And Isaiah's only suggestion was to move out 2 days prior to accommodate them not being open. How is inconveniencing and having a customer adjust to your schedule, where their money and billing concerned, even rational?? This place seriously needs to be shut down!
