Four Brothers' Italian Restaurant

Tonight my girlfriend and I went to Four Brothers for dinner. I ordered the Shrimp Parm and I have had it there before and its good. This dinner comes with a small side order of pasta with tomato sauce. I asked to substitute the sauce for garlic and oil as I have done before and they have charged me a buck extra for the substitute. This time the waitress told me it would cost $2.50 extra for the garlic and oil. I looked at the menu and showed her that the full order of pasta with garlic and oil only cost 50 cents more then the pasta with tomato sauce. She said again that its going to cost $2.50 for the garlic and oil and with a bad attitude to boot! So I asked to speak to the owner whom I have met before. The owner came over and I asked him why are you charging me $2.50 more for garlic and oil on a side dish of pasta when its only 50 cents more for the garlic and oil on a full order of pasta! He told me that the waitress had given me the wrong price and it would now be $3.00 more for the garlic and oil not $2.50. I showed him the menu and asked him to reconsider charging me the now $3.00 extra for garlic and oil on the side of pasta that came with my dinner when its only 50 cents more on a full order of pasta. I told him that this does not make any sense at all and there is nothing on the menu showing any up charge for this at all! He then said that's what the price is and I could take it or leave it! After hearing that I got up, looked him straight in the eyes and told him that he just lost my business forever and that I would tell others about this horrible experience! He said that he didn't care. My girlfriend and I then walked out and went somewhere else to eat where we always get treated with friendliness and respect. All I have to say after this amazing show of terrible customer service from the waitress and owner of Four Brothers in Lake Worth is, if you value honesty and good customer service when eating out, don't waste your time going to Four Brothers restaurant because your not going to get it!

PS. Tonight almost every table in the restaurant was dirty! Including my girlfriend and myself there was only one other table occupied in the entire place.

Poor poor poor extremely poor service..on the phone and in person. As a business owner myself, we hold customer service near and dear to our hearts. So to see otherwise is just intolerable. These people were hostile on the phone, they're liars, and dirty. Out of convenience we patronize four losers because it's close by.



The magnitude of disrespect is unimaginable. I called to inquire about prices and delivery. The guy was abrupt and hung up on me to later tell my co worker that he hung up because I didn't know what I wanted.



The cleanliness is another issue. They handle food with their bare hands and not wash them, GET RID OF THE OLD GUY.



THIS IS WHY I STOPPED EATING THERE YEARS AGO.

Ordered pizza from 4 losers last night...



Leaving appt. to get refreshments, saw delivery guy of OUR pizza walking up to make delivery.



I signed delivery receipt and addded tip, expecting this deiivery 'boy' to simply take it to the appt. as there were 4 others waiting for the delivery.



My mistake, because once I signed and gave tip, delivery 'boy' apparently took off without dropping off our food. Once I got back from getting refreshments, our delivery never arrived even though I had signed for it just outside the apartment.....Congrats delivery 'BOY' , you just got away with $40 worth of food and cost your company thousands of dollars of business! We will now network your crime through all of Palm Beach County. Congrats, 4 Brothers, for cutting me and my wife off on the phone when we called to complain.......

They have good lunch specials and great pizza, it's hard to find good slices in Florida but I think I found one just wish they made beef patties n Gyros
