Dr. Freya Jan Silverstein, MD

This Nephrologist (Dr. Freya Silverstein) refused me future treatments for legitimate complaints I filed with Fresenius a few years ago, here's what happened:

I traveled to south Florida a few years ago and scheduled my trip to this clinic months before arriving. Two days before I arrived I was informed they had no info on my treatment, turns out they misplaced my chart info. Upon arriving, things got much worse. old clinic, outdated environment, old chairs, and a broken wheelchair that collapsed while I used it. shouldn't have been used, they also didn't have the specific tape I use or the hypoallergenic dialysis filter I need per my treatment specs. I filed a complaint with the regional clinic manager who didn't even care to contact me back, apologize or take any action. So i filed a complaint with Florida regulators, 2 years later I find out she blacklisted me with clinics her group associates within the area. I recommend you get treatment elsewhere this medical director is unprofessional. Don't go here.
