County Auto Svc/College Svc Station

Great Experience!! I am a sales Rep and I had an unexpected breakdown on my vehicle and called County Auto and spoke to James. He had a tow truck pick me up in 45 min and taken to his shop where Matt the owner had called and arranged a rental for me and had a associate drive me to pick up my rental.
I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great Service, and a Great price on my repair!! Thanks County Auto!

I had a Carco insurance inspection done that was to be submitted to the Auto insurance company either electronically or via fax. 8 days later and it was never submitted. County Auto does not answer their phone much of the time. They are very disorganized in the office. One person tells you do not need an appointment then you go in and they tell you you must have an appointment. BEWARE I would not allow them to work on my car.

I can highly recommend County Auto after having exclusively used their service to maintain my vehicle (1999 Mazda Protege) for over six years. Matt and the staff there have always been efficient and considerate.

The attention I recieved was awsome Matt & his staff made me feel comfortable in there air cond. waiting room , while they serviced my Mercury I shopped around in the area for 2 tires and front brakes their price was the best. Paul alighned my veh. and provided me with a print out of readings before and after the Aligh. James the office mgr. offered a coupon price with a year warranty on the alighnment.I would highly recc. this svc center.

From James at the front desk to the mechanic's in the back you will not find a more honesty team to work with. I'm new to the area a purchased a vehicle that needed repairs. County Auto gave me a list of what needed to be done now and what to work on later. There prices were more than fair.



On Thanksgiving eve my car battery cable came lose (Walmart had installed incorrectly)and they waited for the tow truck to come pick me up and delivery it to there shop. They repaired the cable line while I waited so that I wouldn't be without a vehicle over the holiday weekend. You just don't find devotion like this anymore.
