Tattoo Nouveau

I made an appointment on Saturday to get a tattoo on Thursday at 1:30. The tattoo artist informed me that the $50 was refundable, so I left one. On Tuesday I decided that I didn't want the tattoo. I tried going there at about 7:30 Pm and they were closed, so on Wednesday I went there at 12 and they were closed again. I tried calling at 12:14 and leaving a voicemail that I wanted to cancel my appointment and their voicemail was full. I could not find an email to send my cancelation to, so I sent them a Facebook message. I called on Thursday at 11:50 (they open at 12), and the owner said that I could not have my deposit back and that his artist would never tell me that it was refundable. He informed me that I was "mental" and that he didn't want to hear my problems and handled this very unprofessionally. I guess I should have known better when the female at the front counter sat there with her shirt completely unbuttoned and her bra hanging out that they are not professionals.

I don't trust anyone else with my skin. The shop is cleaner than a surgery room, but has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. David really cares about everyone who walks in his door, and will do all he can to give you the best work he is capable of. The quality of work is miles above every other shop I have been into.

If you are looking for the best tattoo artist in Michigan, this is the place! Tattoo Nouveau is the only shop I ever visit when I need new Ink. Phenomenal work!!

Dave who runs the joint is definitely someone you want tattooing you. He takes the time to really understand the ideology of the tattoo you want. He will even suggest new concepts, making sure you get the best tattoo possible. I have two large pieces from him and all I get are compliments left and right. The whole shop is down to earth with a lot of talented artists

This place is awesome! I have nothing but good things to say. David (The Gentleman that owns the shop) was very helpful in helping me with coming up with a design for my tattoo and made sure it was exactly what I wanted before we stated. The final product was amazing and I get compliments on it all the time. I plan on going here for future work (This is the start of a whole sleeve) and I would suggest it to anyone who is looking for a great artist and someone who will bring your vision to life.
