Very impressed with this store. They had the latest mattresses available and Rick was great helping us figure out which comfort level we really needed. We even discussed pillows, bed frames and foundations. Very educational. Will be going back for more!

I purchased a mattress for my Mom who lives in assisted living sometime last fall. It has been perfect for her, very comfortable. Michelle F. the Store Manager at the Lake Orion store helped me with my purchase. She was very helpful in assisting me with a selection and especially with the special considerations for my Mom: bed height (not too low, not too high), overall comfort, price, etc. She suggested a mattress that she had picked out for her own mother in law. I also bought a mattress protector, which unfortunately I forgot to take with me when I left the store. Michelle called me, let me know, and even dropped it off for my Mom at her Senior Facility in Rochester Hills! Very happy with the purchase, delivery and set up, and the sales experience with Michelle went above and beyond.

We couldn't be happier with our new sleep number bed, and the service we received from Michelle! She was extremely patient even though it took four hours of laying on a few different beds, before a decision was made as to which one we liked best, LOL! She definitely has the patience of a saint!

Unlike other places we've been, the sales specialists there are not pushy. Michelle helped us select exactly what we needed within the budget we stipulated. The sleep number system that is used to determine the mattress that is best for individual body types is spot on! The mattresses that it determined we needed, surprisingly, weren't the ones I would have gravitated to, but ended up being one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on! That system really does work, and I'm so glad we put our trust in it to make the right decision.

Oh, and big bonus is the "SNORE" button on the adjustable beds. If you've ever wondered if it really works, the answer is yes!! My husband snores so loud I would need earplugs to sleep at night, but not with this bed. Though nothing can be 100% all the time, it has greatly decreased the incidence of snoring during the night to a bare minimum, that is quieter too! He now only begins to snore occasionally, but it stops within minutes versus continuing all night long! Being as he was such a loud all night snorer, that could be heard across the entire house, this is a major improvement!

The service here, selection, and expert sleep diagnostic system is GREAT! The manager Michelle took lots of time to find the perfect mattress. I love the duo adjustable bed that has been great for sleeping comfortably and soundly, while preventing my husband from snoring with the special setting on the remote control!!! We shopped around at a few places before coming to this location, including another Art Van Sleep Center, and found this one to be the BEST!

Great experience! My wife and I were looking for new mattresses and went all over before stopping here. The store manager, Michelle, had us lie down in a contraption that helped us narrow down bed types then she spent a good amount of time getting us into the most comfortable set. We ended up buying a mattress set for half of what we expected, delivered two days later, and sleeping great now!
