Overall

Poor service & they refuse to honor original agreement

I've never posted anything like this before on Craigslist but there are people out there who should know.

AVOID PAUL HULTGREN/STATE FARM in Lafayette, CO.

The issues:
*Primary issue is they refuse to honor our agreement, which I paid in full.
-Original agreed amount was aprox $650 for 12 mos on our camper van, a few days later I get a call it DOUBLED and is now $1300+ for 12 mos, and latest quote is now $954 for 12 mos.
*Peter probably should not be allowed to work without supervision
*Ruth needs to listen to customers and not continually interrupt. She loves to say "I've been doing this for 20 years", I assume meaning Ruth doesn't make mistakes.

All I wanted was Paul Hultgren to honor our agreement
