Owned and operated by CHEF IAN the chefs' Table's motto of "OUR roots are here" is more then just pride in this community its a promise, a promise that the food will BE AS local and fresh AS possible and the people that walk through that door are more then just restaurant goers. For that hour or SO your sitting down with US your Family and part of those roots that mean SO much to US.
