Turning my wishes and ideas into reality. Recently, Project Manangement Northwest helped me complete a residential landscape project. The results were even better than I had hoped. Gary helped identify, screen, and manage various contractors to get the job completed very quickly. His work and customer focus saved me thousands of dollars. In addition, I avoided the hastle of contractor coodination with my busy work and family schedule.

We were looking at a long list of capital projects with no budget for a full-time project manager. Project Management Northwest taught us the basic principles of project management and helped us set up a process for managing the scope, schedule and budget for each of our projects. Project Management's system allows us to track several projects with confidence and still carry on with our regular management tasks. Project Management Northwest has also been available for post-training coaching which has helped us reinforce the basic principles of project management. With the skills we have now, project management is less stressful, and we are able to focus on maintaining our vision for how we want our facilty ot be after all of the projects are completed.
