I try not to give them any stars but, I guess you have to give one even if you don't want to. Very cranky management. They get frustrated and inpatient with people who want to take a little extra time to shop and make sure they like their decition. You know try some thing out to see they work. Maybe ask questions about idems. Take the first deal they'll give you or dont think about coming back. They'll bite your head off and managment will talk bad to you and about you out loud and say no deal, you waste our time. Even though you come back to spend money:-P By the way.. their not sorry! Just Roood!

This was my first time shopping at a pawn shop and I am hooked! The girls that helped me were very nice and really new their inventory. I was tempted by several jewelry items and had to force myself to stick to my shopping goal...earrings. They had several pair of gold earrings, with or without diamonds, I finally picked out a great pair that will look perfect for my brothers fancy wedding. Can't wait to shop there again.

FYI. If your looking to bargain or get a good deal on Bluerays here.Your mistakin Big Time. I was planning on buy 5 or more movies and the manager said (Our prices are firm and there isnt any room to go lower). Ya, this manager needs to climb out of her mark up world and visit her competition. Many (Kent area Pawnshops) are willing to help drop a few dollars, to make your day.All there Bluerays are OVER- PRICED.Its why there stock in there store has tripled in the last 2 years.Take your hard working money to another store.Other Pawn Stores are selling 4 for $20. This store will Reap You Off..even with selling Bluerays back to them. Buyers beware !!!

Whether your selling your items or taking a loan on them, this business quotes you the LOWEST price with in the surrounding cities! And maybe they're use to dealing with junkies or what not but they don't treat their customers with respect! In this case family owned & opporated is NOT a positive! If you can't treat your customers with the respect they deserve then take some time off to appreciate the hard working people that walk through you doors!

She helped me out when I needed the money to fly to West Virginia to see a dying friend. RIP Ronny. I would not go to any other place but hers. I think she really cares about the underside of getting a loan.Debra
