Kent Tool

For years I've wanted to go here and shop for tools since I like to shop at stores locally owned and will pay for since it stays in the community.

I assumed this is locally owned and was as an independent dealer however I was really taken back by their caviler attitude They were border line rude and seemed like they could care less if I ever came back by the way to talked to me. I was really surprised, it’s like if you’re not a professional we can’t waste our time! Sure they have lots of good quality tools (unlike Harbor Freight) but there over all customer focus sucks and I’ll never go back…with as many hardware centers we have they need me more than I need them!!
