I just had Lanigan Enterprises Inc finish sanding my floors, fixing damage by previous contractors, and screening in a sun deck. They were PERFECT. After having previous contractors treat your home like a junk yard, breaking personal possessions, abandoning the job. Tom Lanigan was a breath of fresh air. It was hard to put my trust in anyone after previous contractors, however, Mr. Lanigan won my confidence in no time. His team (real employees to the company) are priceless. They left the job site better than they found it. We had huge stains on our wooden floors, and Lanigan Ent. fixed them so you could not tell the difference between the existing floor and the new section they put in. His workers are pleasent, and pay attention to every detail. I found one of the on his hands and knees polishing the floor even after we walked on it. Tom makes any correction needed and will be honest about his thoughts. He is a great contractor. I can't wait to work with him again. He is the best!
