Pizza Hut

Fast delivery and the food was good. Only negative was the delivery guy asking if I was going to tip him.

Placed my order around 8pm online, and it said to be delivered by 939pm. So my family waited. Here comes 10 3pm and still no pizza, so I called customer service and they told me that my order never left the store and will soon be on its way. Since it was over an hour they said it will be free.. so we waited longer and then 12 am rolls around. Still no food. So I called again and they credit me $20 to my account but I'm sure I will never use it because I will never order from this place EVER... we NEVER received our food!!

This has to be the worst experience that I have ever had with trying to get a pizza. I ordered online and finally got the site to accept my info. Then it said I would get my pizza in about 40 minutes, An hour later I called the call center to find out they had cancelled my order because the driver supposedly couldn't find my house. An hour and a half later I finally got to talk to the supervisor of the call center . The call center by the way is in Pittsburg Kansas. they tried to tell me that my pizza would be reordered and delivered in 40 minutes. That would makeit alomost two hours from the time I ordered my original pizza. I told them to go right ahead and send it. I would refuse it when they get here. Now, two hours after I have ordered it they call and say that it is on the way. This time it is going to be free. I already told them not to expect a tip. I don't tip for rotten service. This is my last time trying to order pizza from them. They screw it up every time. I should never have tried it this time.
