A AA Taxi

I called them they said it would be 30 minutes to pick me up the driver made it in 18 minutes he was very nice the cab fair was only 15 dollars and I live 5 miles outside town he picked me up and took me to Redding Mill thanks allot I will be using them again.

I am not happy one bit with this taxi driver. I was coming from Webb city Main Street to oronogo maybe 6 minutes away and I got charged $21. There NO way that’s right considering the people before me coming from whiskey dicks in joplin TO Webb city main street only had to pay $18. Never ever taking this taxi service again. I was not impressed and I tried to CORRECT the taxi driver and he IGNORED me the whole time. I’m beyond mad and I need a refund. Worst experience. And then didn’t let me add my own tip myself. Made it awkward and was rude.

we called at 9:00 they arrived at 10:00. the driver was friendly, but kind of creepy. he was very fast then would make weird jerky stops. the car seemed kind of grimy. not sure I would use again but it got the job done, although a little later than I wanted it to

Had this real rude @sshole pick me up, tell me I'm taking too long loading my groceries, then acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me, which I didn't want his nasty hands on my stuff anyway. He was old, had glasses, really ugly gray hair. Sooo rude! I work in customer service, and I would never treat a customer like that. He needs to be fired. Now.

I wish I could put no stars ! The dispatchers are terrible ! They make me late for work at least 3 times a week ! I call an hour in advance and it still takes a hour and a half almost two hours to get a taxi ! On top of that the dispatcher was rude !

1st pick was for 7:15am, he was on time, very clean taxi. 2nd pick up was told a 45 min wait, he was there in 20 mins. Again very clean taxi. Both drivers where very kind. I will now always use AAA Taxi. A big thanks to them for service.

They are a rip off. $6 to just get IN the car and then $2 a zone. Cost me $18 to get to a hospital ONE WAY. REDICULOUS. The cab smelt like a bar and when I asked if u could smoke in it he said no, yet it smelt like an ashtray. No thank you!!

I got a ride today and my wallet and phone fell out of my pocket and I didn't notice I was missing them for about an hour. I called and they told me the driver had notified them and they would hold them for me at the office. I got ahold of the driver and he had actually gone by my house to see if I was there to return them. That's pretty rare these days. Thanks guys. Also, my friends and I have used their company a lot and have never been overcharged.

Avoid if at all possible! Will rip you off and take advantage of you! BEWARE!!! A group of friends and myself took this cab from a local pub Friday night and charged $54 for fare!! When we protested that for the last 15 years that we have taken this cab ride with similar stops and never been broken into individual fares totaling 54 bucks the driver called dispatch and they told us to get out! I called the dispatch and they tried to tell me that this is always they the way charge. That is a lie! Believe they are scammers and are over charging! They have always been difficult, like never charging the same every time or refusing to give you estimated times for pickup but this takes the cake!!

stay away they will take money from after you call and give the dispatcher your cc number for the phone when the driver get to you they charge more money and tell you if you do not pay they will call the police and charge you for not paying the taxi fare when I call back to speak with the manger was told that he would call back the next day never call back

Cheaper then my home town, would be nice to have more drivers.
