I can't tell you what a great job you did - well I could, but it would be an understatement! All it needed was a battery, and yet you also fixed a problem with the click wheel. I thought the old iPod was a goner but it came back like new with your repair with all the music files intact. I didn’t need to perform a reset, and it saved me the hassel of spending a ridiculous amount of money when you fixed it and now it's working like a charm! Thanks so much!

Mr. Fix It has been very good to me. I'm 48, a certified dummy when it comes to computers and I’m absolutely lost without my son when he’s not home to help with my computer. No matter what "good" reviews you read about this place... please beware... I have never met anyone going or coming from this place that has been happy with the service.. most people have to fight to get their property back and when they do, it has not been fixed. They have a contract that they will make you honor, BUT they cancelled my contract to fix my property, kept the money I paid for a warranty and my property is still broken... the complaints on here are legit... do your research!!!! I wish I would have.
