Spence Jennifer MD, Swedish Issaquah Primary Care

Got admitted from E.R. at Swedish of Issaquah, biggest complaint of all, leaving one in pain and telling them there will be no relief for them after surgery for anxiety and pain. This happened about 3 times during the 3 day stay. Will make sure this doesn't happen again next time since I have to see these doctors here of their limited choices, they work with you on the bill so that was a big plus.

this place is horrible. And the prices they are are insane .When they sent me the bill was shocked. I was in there overnight for an emergency and the bill was over 10, 000.00. I talked to the financial department about getting financial assistance as I didnt have insurance at the time. When I spoke to them I was told that I would have to give them my bank account # and all my banking information. I will not give that to anybody. Over the years, I have had a few other visits to Snoqualmie hospital as well as overlake and I had also applied for financial assistance with those 2 hospitals and never once did they ask for such private information. and the assistance was granted without question. these days with all the identity theft going on I just dont hand out that type of info to anybody and I told the lady that on the phone. This was over a year ago and they just sent me papers from a lawyer..oh ..and the bill has now gone down to a 1,000.00..this is just crazy..they can go ahead and hire a lawyer...and that lawyer will get most of the money . jackasses. With this type of stuff going on..it's no wonder they are building new hospitals and facilities everywhere. They are a bunch of thieves and do not care about the quality of care either. I will do everything possible to stay away from any facility associated or part of this corrupt organization

I been dealing with Swedish Issaquah for past 5 years, service quality and professionalism has degraded drastically in past two years, lately they appear to only care about " who will pay the bill" vs customer health and satisfaction. They also lack quality staff members in both in the medical and customer service fields, I had numerous complains against their practice but their seem to be no listening ears.
