Do not use this establishment for anything! My son went here for contacts, he was giving the wrong contacts, I had to take him to another doctor to get new contacts. I needed a receipt for the appointment, when I recieved it via fax from this office I noticed $130.00 credit. Was I ever told about this, it was now 3 months later, no I was not! So I called the office asked for the refund and was told that the computer made a mistake and I actually only had $65.00 in a refund, ok, fine fax me another receipt and when can I come in and get my card credited. I was told they only issue checks, and it would be done and mailed out that day. I called back about an hour later and told them I would come by and pick up the check, I was put on hold and then when she came out I was told the check was put in the mail. I accepted that. A week and 3 days later no check, mind you it is only about 8 miles from my residence... should have came the next day. I called the office, speaking to the office manager now, Laura, she tells me the checks aren't even done there, they are done by the office manager. I asked to speak to her, she says she has no set hours comes and goes whenever. So, I asked if she would please talk to this person, and allow me to come by and pick up the check the next day. I also requested a phone call by noon to advise. No phone call, I've called the office she is always too busy to talk to me. In the meantime, wageworks has suspended my card because of this charge I can't get straightened out, I'm on heart meds and not able to pick them up because of the expense, I depend on the use of this card every month. I am not happy. Do not go to this doctor, the staff is unproffessional, they can't handle a situation out of the norm, and as far as I'm concerned the eye doctor doesn't have a clue whats going on in this office. Don't waste your time.
