        Overall

        Took my car in to have a oil leak repaired. After talking to the service rep Chris Teal agreed to allow work on hoses and belts for my 2008 BMW 335i. After receiving a 3700 bill for all the work being done I went back to pick the car up. Noticed a leak under my car and was told that they just washed the car. I was able to drive less than two miles before the car started leaking. I returned the car back to them next morning by towing it to them. I was told to fix the car it would cost another 1800 dollars due to hose leaks and damaged caused by the service department. Funny thing is I drove my car to them and after 3700 dollars I had to tow my car away. Also they will tell you all work is guaranteed for two years which is also a lie.
