Fast Fair Friendly Auto Service Transactions

If this company is associated with FFFAST Auto Transport, I wish I could rate it much less than disappointing. My daughter hired FFFAST to transport our 2014 Red Ford Escape from Los Angeles, CA to Lansing, IL on 2-28-18. It's nearly May 2018 and we have not yet received our vehicle. Delays and mishaps are understanding. But what I don't understand is why we have not received any return calls from our inquiries. The driver stopped communicating with me and we have no idea where the car is or if we'll ever see it again. Since there is no communication with the company, we had to file a police report, and file complaints with the California States Attorney, Attorney General, BBB, and FTA. All we want is our car back in the same shape it was received. Because this is an auto service as well, could the company have kept our vehicle for parts? We have no idea. Our next steps will be to sue the organization for the return of our vehicle. We have no choice, because we cannot get the company to call us back.
