Economic Auto Glass

I had a tiny rock chip that grew to be a huge crack on my windshield in a matter of days. I called several places and Economic Auto Glass had the best prices. Plus, they were able to send someone to me the very same day. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end and the guys that installed my windshield were very professional. I am very happy I called them. I would certainly use their services again and recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

Even though it was unpleasant to have my car broken into, I was very happy to find out they were able to fix my car within hours with a very reasonable price. They vacuumed my car and left it spotless. The guys that came out were really nice and their customer service was excellent. I would definitely use their services again.

This place was TERRIBLE. First of all they were late. Second, the window was defective. I was told I'd get a call the following Monday (window was replaced Saturday) and be told when the new window would come in. Never got that call. Had to call myself at 6pm that Monday only to be told there were no warehouses that had my window. I was then told they would come get the window and my money would be refunded. I asked to have a day to get another company to come and replace it. Called this am and asked to speak with a manager. The gentleman said it was he. Explained the situation. He was rude and abrupt. Said I was to come to them and get the window taken off. He said they already are losing money and I was to come to them. I explained the lady I spoke with the night before said they would come to me and he hung up on me. I called back he answered right off the bat saying he wasn't going to let me talk to him like that. I asked to speak with someone else and he hung up again. I called again and asked for the owner. He said IT WAS HIM!!! How horrible!! He was very rude and hung up on me THREE TIMES!!! I finally told him I needed them to come out and get the window and I wanted my money back. He then hung up on me! I never had a problem with this place until this guy. The two guys who came out were nice and the lady I had been speaking with in the office was nice. Unbelievable the way these people think they can treat customers. I even said that to this guy. He laughed and said I was rude to him. Rude?? Please. He was mad I refused to come to him when they have free mobile service!! Don't go here guys, it was aweful!! Cross your fingers for Glass America tomorrow!! K
