Brickyad Gutter Systems

Terrible customer service, terrible company. Save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT use this company or write them a check before the job is done! Products seem to be okay, but the sales guy we had wrote up our order wrong and not all of the house had gutters installed. Why would anyone want part of the house to have gutters, and other parts not? It's been almost a month and still no resolve. It would probably help if they had better customer service because they don't want to make it right, they just want us to pay more to get the job finished, when it was their fault in the first place.

Came to my house demonstrated to give a one year price and then kept lowering their exorbitant price to something "more attractible". classic one call sales approach start high then call boss or whoever then say look what a deal! just like a car salesman. Not to mention it takes two hours to get to that point and the price is still over 20$ per foot.
