21st Century Auto Care

I took my 2006 Mercedes Benz C280 to 21st Century Auto Care and had very good service. When I walked in it was very clean and welcoming. I was greeted with respect and face pace time. My car was in and out very well job done, but fast service. The Tech explained everything to me in great detail before working on my car and respected my opinion. The manager and Tech answered any and all questions I had. Now my car works like when I bought it 5yrs ago. I am very pleased with the service and respect I was given and I would definitely take my car(s) there again.

was a nice place but the owner replaced the manager and now the prices are doubled and the quality is only half of what it was before. i could also smell whiskey coming out of the new managers pores. when i smelt that i asked for my keys back and left. i was a regular customer till this new managment change. they wont risk my life trying to scam customers.besides i felt that i could trust the previous manager, this new guy i felt no trust at all and more like he just wanted into my purse and at my cash...... and the technician looked like he was stoned out of his mind and arguing with what i believed to be his girlfriend. if you want to be overcharged, scammed, or end up dead or with a paperweight (non running car) then definately go there. otherwise look for a more reputable shop with certified technicians. this shops tech isnt certified.
