        Established in 1984, Discovery Day Camp is a small nurturing camp that provides outdoor experiences to individuals and groups and offers participation in a wide variety of activities, including sports, fine and applied arts and team building exercises. It organizes a full line of recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, dance, drama, gymnastics, mountain biking, music, a ropes course, swimming, tennis and field trips. Additionally, the day camp offers several optional programs, including Young Artists, Rising Stars, Explorers and Adventure. Discovery Day Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association and is based in Lincolnshire, Ill.
