I had IPL laser hair removal on my bikini area and am very happy with the results. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was a little nervous because the office is in an older building and it looks like a house. Upon entering though, I found no issues. The main office and treatment room are clean and the lasers are disinfected right in front of you before and after your treatment. Jennifer Bishop, who performed my treatments every time, is an absolute joy! Jen is professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. These qualities are KEY, especially when you are having someone do anything for you in your bikini area – it can be pretty awkward to have a stranger “down there” in general, but Jen put me right at ease, right away. She is considerate and checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable during the IPL treatments, which can be a little uncomfortable sometimes (still doesn’t hurt as bad as having a wax). I followed her aftercare / in between treatment care to the “T”: No plucking or waxing in between treatments and I have had no re-growth issues. I recommend IPL with Jen to all of my friends – it’s so great to not have to worry about shaving, plucking, or getting waxes anymore!

I love Carl and so thankful I was recommended by another practitioner. Whether it's the electrolysis or the skin program guaranteed great results. Once the electrolysis treatmeants were done many years ago the skin rejuvenation is continues from time to time. The price is well worth it and if you went somewhere else you'd realize his prices are the best!
