Wound Care
Kelly is a Registered Nurse for our Physicians as well as a Master Certified CoolSculpting Technician. She is currently pursuing a baccalaureate degree in nursing. Her vast knowledge of CoolSculpting ensures that you’ll get the best treatment and results possible. She enjoys seeing the gratitude and satisfaction in patients as they undergo elective procedures, and finds it extremely rewarding to witness their new-found confidence. Kelly is able to assist our Physicians with postoperative dressings, suture removal and wound care. Kelly’s goal is to make your time at Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery as comfortable as possible.
Hand Surgery
Dr. Loffredo has now moved back to the northeast to serve the people of Cape Cod, South Shore, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and Southeastern Massachusetts. He has started a practice with his former co-resident, Dr. Seth Jones, to be able to offer all the newest and most innovative techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, and hand surgery. He, his wife, and his two young daughters are happy to be a part of the Cape Cod community.
Reconstructive Surgery
Early on, Dr. Jones demonstrated his personal commitment to his academics and to serving the community. At the age of thirteen, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Upon graduation from high school, he was named Valedictorian of his class. Following high school, Dr. Jones attended Brigham Young University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a degree in zoology. Following graduation from Brigham Young University, Dr. Jones began his medical training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine where he earned the degree of medical doctor in 2000. After medical school, Dr. Jones completed a rigorous 6 year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During that time Dr. Jones dedicated his time and skill to the people of Columbia treating craniofacial and hand anomalies. Following residency, Dr. Jones completed an aesthetic fellowship with a concentration in breast and body at the Hunstad Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Zara Bogorff studied nursing at Simmons College in Boston and started her career working for a facial plastic surgeon. She is a Certified Nurse-Injector with an extremely active BOTOX and Dermal Fillers clientele. She is also a highly trained Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate Degree and has more than 10 years of nursing experience. She recently completed Master Injector trainings with Dr. Deborah Sherman, Dr. Author Swift, and Mauricio de Maio, MD. Bogorff, who is dedicated to improving her clients’ natural appearance, enjoys working with her patients to achieve the anti-aging results they desire.
Brow Lift
Our office offers complete reconstructive and cosmetic surgery for the body, breast, and face. This includes abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), brachioplasty (arm lift) and thigh lift, breast reduction or augmentation, and facial surgeries including facelift, brow lift, eyelift, rhinoplasty, and otoplasty.

Breast Reduction
I had a breast reduction with Dr. Loffredo about two months ago. I had an excellent post up recovery without any complications. I couldn’t be happier with the result. He is not only great at what he does, but he is also very caring and compassionate towards his patients. He is truly the best. His team at his office is also wonderful and very accommodating with everything especially the fmla process. My sister is having the mommy work up with him in two months and she can hardly wait. I highly recommend Dr. Loffredo.
