no refunds or exchanges ,,,,,,, so if the mower , for instace if the bag hits the ground cause your cutting a ditch,,,,,,,,,,norefunds or any excepions, your stuck a wrong mower. i had a new 1000 dollar mower and it came with a bagger that was cheap, for the price i couldent believe that junk came with my 1000 mower it had a clip you slide to empty the bag, the bag was small and filled to quickly, i was jipped all sales are final now i even asked to take a 200 dollar restock and they said no , i sold it on craigslist with a 300 dollar loss 1 day old mower just to heavy for cutting my ditch and the bag was dragging when when pulling out of the ditch, home depote lowes you can take it back if your not happy in 30 days of purchase, i liked the mower when i got , the first thing i did when i got home was cut the ditch , thats when i found out this mowers no good for my job , all sales are final here it does not say on the receit so im letting you know , get the right mower,
