        Sirs I love kfc but this plac...

        I love kfc but this place on gessner and kempwood has very lousy service, They dont seem to ever be prepared for the amount of business they receive. We stopped by for the new grilled chicken, they didn't have enough out and there would be a 12 minute wait. They were out of cole slaw and would not have any more this day. This was all around 5 pm when they should have been prepared for the evening meal customers. I have been going to this kfc since it has opened and the service has always been slow no matter when i went there. I know there were a few customers including myself left without buying anything. I haven't had this problem with any of the other kfc that i have visited in houston.i dont know what the problem is but it should be corrected.
