I just moved into a home and after unpacking all day I went to shower and there was NO hot water....UGH! I called Jarrar & Company Services Inc. and within one hour I had a plumber out. Ed (the plumber) was very knowledgably and polite and he explained everything to me and gave me several options. I was only charged a service charge and I had hot water before Ed left !!! I Will definitely refer and use this company again!

I highly recommend this company! They are clean cut and more professional than any other plumbing company I have used in the past. They were able to come to my house on a Saturday and diagnose the problem quickly. Not to mention they have awesome coupons to help me save money! Thank you, Jarrar & Company!!!! I will definitely be using them from here on out!

This is by far the worst plumbing company in Houston. The office does not communicate with the field techs, the field techs do not communicate with the office, so pretty much no one knows what they are suppose to be doing. When the field tech was out to my home, he said "what you and the office talked about, has nothing to do with me". I was told by their office manager Roseanna, to call another plumber because they simply do not service their own customers. I would not recommend this company.

Not a reliable company. I made an appointment to get a water heater fixed. They never showed up. Customer service was not able to help when I called after the time window has ended. I did not receive any explanation or solution. It was a complete waste of my time and a huge disappointment!

The lady who answered the phone first gave me a quote of $150, and then the plumber later came and charged me $350. Will never work with them again.

They rip you off for 2 hours control valve change for almost $400!!

I've done business with Jarrar Plumbing in Houston twice and I must say, their staff is very courteous and professional. The owner also really cares about their customers. I recommend this company.
