Cloud Nine Foot Spa Houston

I was shorted about 20 minutes on my massage. I understand $55/hr for a massage is on the lower end, but I at least expect to get the full hour. I arrived at 8:45 pm for a 9pm appointment. I understand they closed at 10 so I wanted to ensure to be extra early. Sadly they didn't care as much as I did to get started. My therapist "Amy" left me in the waiting room until 9:12pm. After disrobing, it was about 9:15pm (maybe closer to 9:20pm but I dont want to over estimate as my watch was now in my pants pocket on the floor so we will call it 9:15pm). After she left the room, I immediately went to my watch to make sure it was at LEAST 10:10. I can understand 55 minutes....but no it was 9:58pm. 17 minutes or approx. 1/3 of my massage time was just negated due to no fault of my own. Again I understand its not the most expensive massage in the world, but even when I go to Burger King I expect to get the WHOLE burger and not just a burger with a 1/3 bit out of it.

I tried this place for the first time and I completely enjoyed my massage. I've had massages before and I will say this was the best place.I totally recommend Jack, he totally knows what he's doing! So don't miss out on this great experience. Considering the price was affordable and a very high quality massage, its so worth the drive and time! Thanks again for an amazing experience! :)
