Brian showed up for a warranty - didn't really seem to have a clear understanding of the problem or didn't want to mess with it. Seemed like a nice guy, just picking the low hanging fruit of jobs.

Would give less stars if possible. Zero integrity and zero customer service!!!This company gave us an arrival time of 12-1 pm. I arrived to the house at 12 to wait for Brian and found a card stuck in the door. I called the # and left several messages only to finally find out that he came prior to 11:30. The company stated that he moved on with his day and could not honor his arrival time of 12-1pm as promised earlier. Now we are back at square one looking for another company. Avoid this company at ALL costs!!!
