He is Honest and knows what he's doing. Yes he is quite busy. Prices are very fair. Because he is busy it is hard to get a hold of him. Just leave your keys and a note, you may have to check back to see when your car is done. Have used him for about three years, ALL WAYS SATISFIED!

Stay away from Arrowhead, unless you're looking for a place to park your car. We spend $700 in the last four months there, and the problem was never fixed. We took it back again, hoping Charley would stand by his work. Now it's another problem for $500. Figured we had to have it towed there, used all our AAA allowed tows since we started going here, told him to do the work. It's been over 2 weeks; every time we call "it's almost done". So frustrating, and he acts like we're bothering him; lousy customer service, not convinced he knows what he's doing, and just takes forever. Better off Goodyear, Firestone, Fly By Night Mechanics, anywhere!!! Shame on us for going back; figured small town guy would stand by his work.
