I never felt so confident of a doctor than I do with Dr. Harper! I truly trust his judgement & value his opinion concerning my health issues. I never feel rushed, he takes his time & gives his undivided attention to you at office appointments.. I can’t remember at any point where I had to remind him of something pertaining to my issues like I’ve had to do with other doctors..
