Elements Day Spa

I received a gift card for Elements Day Spa in Holly, mi from my co-workers . I was undergoing treatments for breast cancer and at the time I was unable to use the full the gift card during that year. I was unaware that the card expired and I called to make an appointment and the owner had told me that this card had expired a week prior. I explained my situation in hopes that she would make an exception and extend it for a week and she would not budge. This card still have about $200 on it, so the spa had already received their money. Very disappointed that a local company would not make any exceptions especially for someone who was going through a very difficult time.
