Went to have a major service performed on my Jeep Wrangler and the service provided was very thorough and professional. Nick assessed the issue and had me back on the road very quickly.

Nick and his team does a great job for a much cheaper and reasonable price. But, they need to work on customer service.They will occasionally call to update you on what is being done on your vehicle and when you call them they comfort you by making you believe your car is almost done when you have to wait another 7 day's till it's actually finished. I guess because it's a small shop with a lot of customers that keeps them busy, but at least have the courtesy of letting the customer know the actual time of completion and better informing the customer. Besides that they have a great team that will get the job right and a very trustworthy auto service. 3 of 5

Nick's work is amazing don't get me wrong. But the communication between the shop and the customer needs to be worked on. Don't leave a customer waiting. If you're unable to get to their car... call them and let them know. If you're not going to be open the next day let them know so the customer isn't just sitting there without a car waiting to hear something.
